Can I return my order?
Yes, that's possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
The return must meet the following conditions:

The order still includes all associated parts and components, and the packaging is in its original condition, as the product was received.

Normal use of the product is evident; damage due to improper handling is excluded.

Products where hygiene is a factor must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

The product was identified as defective immediately upon receipt.
If the return is the responsibility of the consumer, they bear the shipping costs. The exact costs depend on the chosen shipping provider.
If the delivered goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping costs.
We reserve the right to charge the customer shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is suspicion that they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed.
After this deadline, the shipping process begins automatically, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows to initiate the return process:

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address.
⚠️ Please never send the return shipment to the original sender.
We will provide you with the correct address after your request.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that he is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to his commercial nor his independent professional activity.

Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed.
The shipping process cannot be interrupted. A refund is only possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lovia Fashion) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
The cancellation process is complete once we have received the goods.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs.
Shipping status "in transit"
Since our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer, which is beyond our control.
If the goods are already on their way to be shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, please wait for the delivery to arrive and then return the items if necessary.
Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible refund process, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you – excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) – without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice and the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
