Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly. If information is missing or incorrect, order processing may be paused while we contact you for corrections, which could cause delays. Additional delays may also occur due to customs clearance or carrier processing times.
Lost Orders
If an order is lost in transit or if a package is reported as not received (even if tracking information says otherwise), we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. We aim to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Generally, we wait for investigation results before reshipping a product or issuing a refund. Both Lilly Mode and the customer must cooperate fully with the carrier during the investigation.
Damaged Orders
If you receive a damaged order, please provide a photo of the damage. We will then offer a suitable solution, such as sending a replacement product or issuing a refund via the original payment method.
